Nakiri with 2-toned Handle
This Nakiri style chef’s knife was hand forged from high carbon 1084 steel. The blade is thin and sharp allowing the blade to breeze through your veggies or what have you. The octagonal handle is a nice bit of curly walnut with curly, slightly spalted ash. High carbon steels like this are preferred by most serious chef’s though they do need a little more attention than does stainless. After use, they should be washed and dried so they don’t rust. Care instructions are included.
